Classes: MXGP, EMX300, EMX125
The MXGP of Europe was set on a really cold Dutch weekend with snow blowing and frigid -3°C temperatures.  The race was held at the famous Valkenswaard circuit in Holland. Despite the less than ideal weather conditions, the track was good and FXR ended up with some good results.
Young Swedish Husqvarna Bloms MX rider Leopold Ambjörnsson, was the big surprise this weekend where he finished 5th in the timed qualifiers for the EMX 125 and 12th in the first heat race after two small crashes. Remember this kid's name because he is going places. Let's take a look at some of the action here at Valkenswaard.

Mathias Plessers in the sheltered staging area before the race. He had his new Helium jacket on to keep out the cold.
Mathias finished in 5th place for moto one in the EMX 300 race.
CreyMert Racing David Braceras had a tough day in the Valkenswaard sand.
