Shakopee, MN at Canterbury Downs

The 3rd stop on the AMSOIL Championship Snocross National Tour landed in Shakopee, MN at Canterbury Downs, a horse racing track turned to a World class snocross racing facility. Some call it the Daytona of Snocross.

 With Fargo’s frigid temps in the mirror, the conditions in Shakopee, MN where a delight for everyone with the average temp hanging around 25°f (-3.9°c) all weekend. Another make-up day was added onto Shakopee schedule for Sunday. Same was done in Fargo, ND making up for Blizzard conditions that cancelled the opening weekend in Duluth, MN.

FXR Race Div Athletes took home 49 podium finishes over the 3 day race weekend

STOCK 200

 

 

Riley Johnson #106 went 1-1 in his heat races Saturday and rallied right to the finish line to take 2nd on the podium.

120 Champ

FXR Swept the 120 Champ final. On Saturday Avery Hemmer #415 went 1-1 in heat races. Hemmer finished 1st in the 120 champ final. On Sunday Hemmer again went 1-1 in heats and topped the podium.

Wyatt Skogquist #172 went 3-1 in heats and took 2nd place on the podium Saturday. Skogquist on Sunday raced to a 1-1 in heats and finished 2nd Sunday.

Aiden Pierson #710 finished 2-3 in heat races and rounded out the podium on Saturday. On Sunday, Aiden went 2-2 in heats and rounded out the podium in 3rd.

Jr. Girls 9-13 FXR Swept the Podium on Saturday.

Naeli Lebel #518 went 1-1 both heat races and took the top spot on the box in Final on Saturday.

Kendal Rose #120 kept it consistent going 2-2 in heats and finishing 2nd on the podium Saturday.

#510 Jerzie Zielinski place 3-3 in heats and finished 3rd in the final.

TRANSITION 8-10

Hampus Hoeglund #188 landed a 2-1 in heats and finished 3rd on Saturday.

TRANSITION 9-13

Tanner Johnson #313 took home 1st in final and finished 2-1 in heats.

Cameron Cole #747 went 1-1 in heats and finished 2nd on Saturday.

JR 10-13

#313 Tanner Johnson kept it constant going 1-1 in heats and finishing 1st in final on Saturday. Cameron Cole #747 went 1-1 in heats and finished 2nd in final. #130 Kammron Rose ran 1-2 in heats and rounded out the box on Saturday

#144 Emric Legendre Perron got out front in heat races going 1-1 and landing 1st in final.

#111 Nathen Mailloux finished 2nd in final.

JR 16-17

#144 Emric Legendre Perron made a 2nd podium appearance of the weekend, winning Jr. 16-17.

PRO AM SNOWBIKE

FXR athletes Adam Vowles #18 & Taven Woodie, were ripping at Canterbury. Woodie scored 3rd in final & Vowles took 2nd.

Emeric Legendre Perron rode hard all weekend landing taking 2nd on the podium Friday.

Drew Freeland #821 podium 3rd both Friday & Saturday night.

Jordan Lebel #511 is a force being a rookie in sport class taking home 1st both nights

#980 Kaden Woodie finished 2nd Friday night.

#57 Andy Leaders made two podium finishes, scoring 2nd Friday night and 1st in Saturday’s final.

Woodies Racing #873 Taven Woodie, ran a consecutive 2nd all weekend.

#214 Tausha Lange Podium 3rd Saturday & Sunday.

PRO SNOWBIKE

Brock Hoyer #2 showed up for his first National race of the season landing 1st on the podium Friday night. Hoyer went 2-2 Saturday, 3-3 on Sunday in Moto’s.

PRO LITE

Team LaVallee’s Evan Daudt #413 made an intense podium in Friday night’s final. After going 5-2 in heats, Daudt finished 3rd in final.

PRO OPEN

Elias Ishoul #200 claimed the top spot on the box Friday and Sunday maintaining the points lead heading into the next round.

Oskar Norum #40 from Hentges Racing podiums 2nd in Friday night’s final.

Aki Pihlaja #128 ran a 2-1 in heats, and went on to claim 3rd on the podium in the Final Saturday.

Sunday was all smiles in the podium for #200 Elias Ishoul & #324 Kyle Pallin. Ishoul claimed the top spot. Pallin took 2nd.

The Next Stop on the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour heads to Deadwood, SD. Xgames falls on the same weekend. We wish all our athletes the best!
