Q. Is my credit card charged as soon as I submit my order?
A. Yes, your credit card will be charged in order to hold your product. If credit card is declined your order will become Void and you will be contacted by email. Order can be re-submitted once an alternative CC is provided.
Q. If I place an order on your website, and the order is submitted, does that mean that all of the items that I ordered are available?
A. Not necessarily, but our online inventory numbers are synced many times per day, so it is highly likely that your order will make it to fulfillment. If the timing of your order was such that an item did manage to sell out before fulfillment, we will get in contact with you, generally by e-mail, and we will inform you of the situation. At the end of the season, items are more likely to be sold out than at the beginning of the season.
Q. I’m uncomfortable giving out my credit card information. Is there another way to pay for my order?
A. Our Website is very secure, and only orders with a Valid Credit Card will be processed. The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q. What are my shipping options?
A. FXR has a standard ground shipping option that is recommended for most customers, and is free of charge for orders over a certain threshold. Your order is shipped ground with a trusted courier company. Other rush methods are available, but vary by location. Please see our shipping page for current information on shipping rates and rules.
Q. Can I request to send the package to another address?
A. Yes you can. However, the Billing Address and the Name on the Credit Card has to be the same as the Customer's name on the order.
Q. Where will my order be shipped from?
A. We have have multiple warehouses we ship from depending on where you're located and which geographic FXR website you're ordering from. Currently we ship from Winnipeg, MB, Canada; Lino Lakes, MN, USA; Agoura Hills, CA, USA; Veghel, Netherlands; Östersund, Sweden.
Q. Can I exchange or return the products that I ordered?
A. Yes, returns are available if an item or items on your order are unsatisfactory. Exchanges are not applicable; instead you'll need to request a return authorization, and then place a new order for the desired replacement item. Please visit our returns page for full detals.

A. If you are interested in being sponsored by FXR, please visit our Racer Support Application Page. Please send a racer resume along with your rankings, class, and your personal information. We will review your resumé and will get in contact with you if you qualify. Due to the high volume of contacts that we get, please be considerate about the amount of time it takes to respond.
Q. I forgot to apply/add my discount code to my order before submitting.
A. If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel/refund your order. You will then have to re-order with your code. If your order has shipped, discount will not be applied after the fact.
